General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bjbd platform and all services operated under it. bjbd is a safe and reliable online gaming platform that provides slot games, live casino, cricket betting and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the bjbd website (bjbd.lat) and all associated services.
• "User" refers to any active or inactive account holder registered on the platform.

• "Transaction" refers to any financial deposit or withdrawal activity on the platform.

1.2 Effectiveness of the Terms

These terms form a legal agreement between bjbd and the user. They take effect from the moment registration on the platform is completed and remain in force for as long as the account is active. bjbd reserves the right to change these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Account Registration

To play games or place bets on the bjbd platform, you must create a personal account. The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth and contact information provided at registration must be accurate.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential.
• If any account details change, bjbd must be notified immediately.
• The account is for personal use only and may not be transferred or rented to a third party.

2.2 Communication and Notifications

bjbd may contact users via their registered email or other channels when needed. Important notifications, terms updates and account-related information are sent to the registered email address. It is the user's responsibility to keep their email active and up to date.

Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

The minimum age to use the bjbd platform is 21 years. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. Providing a false age at registration will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

3.1 KYC Process

bjbd may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. This may include:

• A copy of the National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).

If verification documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.2 One Person, One Account

Creating more than one account from the same person, family, address, device or payment method is strictly prohibited. If bjbd detects such activity, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts and cancel all bonuses and earnings.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

bjbd provides convenient financial transactions through all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposited funds must come only from the user's own payment method.
• Using a third-party payment method is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• If a bonus was taken against a deposit, the related wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions on the bjbd platform are secured with SSL encryption. If a suspicious transaction is detected, bjbd reserves the right to temporarily hold the transaction for investigation.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bjbd offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that the user must read carefully.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• Bonus wagering requirement: 20x (the deposit plus bonus amount must be wagered 20 times).
• The bonus applies only once and only to the first deposit for a single account.
• Wagering must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time after receiving the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer may have separate wagering conditions, validity period and maximum withdrawal limit.
• bjbd reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected misuse.
• After a bonus is received, real money in the account is spent first, then the bonus.
• bjbd reserves the right to change the terms of any promotion.

Gaming Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed while playing on the bjbd platform. Ensuring fair play is one of bjbd's top priorities.

6.1 Game Results

All game results on the bjbd platform are determined through verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a technical error occurs in any game result, bjbd reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the bet amount.

6.2 Betting Limits

• Specific minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and betting market.
• bjbd reserves the right to adjust the betting limits of any account as needed.
• Maximum payout limits are set separately for each game category.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or device issue, the system saves the last confirmed state of that game. bjbd is not responsible for any external technical issues.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjbd platform and if detected, the account will be immediately closed:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate or abuse the platform's system or software.
• Using bots, automated scripts or any automation software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Abusing bonus benefits or attempting to artificially fulfil wagering requirements.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party account.
• Participating in collusive betting activities with other users.
• Creating or managing an account by providing false or misleading information.

bjbd reserves the right to forfeit all winnings and bonuses obtained through prohibited activities and to take legal action.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 bjbd's Rights

bjbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Detection of suspicious financial activity.
• Participation in any prohibited activity.

8.2 User Request to Close Account
